A Victim Service Worker, who works for a Community Based Victim Services Program (CBVS) is who you are looking for when you want to make a third party report. More info:
When third party reporting, you can report from a different location or detachment, and it can be forwarded to the location that is relevant to the incident.
Crime Victim Assistance Program (the program I received subsidized counseling from) *this is a very triggering process* It is very beneficial to have a support system in place.

Ouu .. maybe not resources but some other things I tried:
- Journalling. First about how I was feeling or my mood that day. Now I do that as well and one thing I am grateful for each day. (Journaling is very personal though and everyone has different things that work best for themselves!)
- I wrote letters to the perpetrator. (Or other people you can't talk to/ don't want to talk to it about *yet, or never*) . This was another thing that can be quite triggered or re-traumatizing. However. This can be beneficial to get thoughts out of your mind. It can also be empowering as you have control over the letter. You can choose to send it, if you know your perpetrator, or you can burn it, or do WHATEVER you want to do with it. You don't even have to ever finish it!
